RETURN POLICY

  Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within Seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email customer service at support@taantra.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address: TAANTRA

 Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are only available for products that are returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.
2. Refund Process To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
3. Refund Timeframe Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, refunds will take  7 days  to be credited into the beneficiary’s bank account.
4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Incase of exchanges, we will initiate the process within 7 days and the replacement will be delivered within 7 days Return Policy
